Kaushik oversees Figure Eight's renewables portfolio.  He is also the co-founder of Connected Financial Solutions, a financial software company.  

Previously, Kaushik invested in renewables and healthcare spin-outs from UK universities at PUK Ventures, a HM Treasury backed venture capital fund.  Before that, he worked as a management consultant at Accenture and KPMG.

Kaushik lives in Boulder, CO with his wife Diana and their two children.  He enjoys skiing and spending time in the mountains.
