Thank you for your interest in becoming a conference sponsor. For your reference we have listed some general information about becoming a sponsor and next steps to ensure the success of your sponsorship!

Letter of Agreement

Once you have decided on and notified us of which event(s) you would like to sponsor, an agreement letter will be generated describing basic terms, conditions, and benefits, and an included invoice. An agreement letter must be returned to us to execute the terms of your agreement.

Coordination of Materials, etc.

There are several elements that will need to be coordinated with our events project manager in order to ensure a successful sponsorship:

  • Sponsor’s Logos (See logo requirements >>)

  • Sponsor’s Points-of-Contact

  • Conference Manual Advertisement*

  • Exhibit and Giveaways

  • Speaking Panel Choices

Invoicing/Payment Terms - Invoices are due thirty days from the date on the original letter of agreement unless otherwise arranged. Please remit sponsorship payments via check or electronic transfer (ACH).
